Thanks for your remind. I followed your suggestion and installed the new capacitor I got from JJBOY, and...everything back to normal now. Yea

jjboy, what a nice thing to do I have a lot of respect for you to be so considerate of people and to help out in time of need. Of course retailers and HVAC Companies and Contractor's might not think so.

try johnstone supply for the capacitor. take the old one out and bring it in, i live in san antonio and i buy my stuff there. if it's dual run it will have three terminals on the top and it will have an x+x uF rating (like 5 + 35). the lower rating is for the fan and the higher rating is for the compressor. and when you are there, buy an extra one, i learned my lesson the last time. capacitors are cheaply made these days and seem to burn out every few years.
