snyder general gas furnace problem

i have a snyder general forced draft upflow gas fired furnace that will not stay running. the ignitor warms up and the burner lights but only 2 out of 5 tube light up then it shuts off. this cycles 3 times and then tthe led light on the ignition module flashes continually. I checked the intake and exaust pipes and they are not plugged what could the cause be please help me I'm going out of my mind with this one.

Your burners need cleaning the crossover area where the flame runs across is probably stopped up with rust. I use a hacksaw blade and clean in between and tap on something to get rust out. do not spread crossover to wide if you do tap it back with a hammer gently.
