Should Linesets be silent?

Just wrapped up my ac install, Cooling seems to work fine ( to cool out to really test it )

But I notice while running the obvious sound of liquid running through the lineset, I ran the lineset through the basement and up and interior chase, so it's very apparent in the basement and the chase where it runs up.

Sounds like fast running water. Is this normal ?

Also, it seems like every so often, say - 4 or 5 times a minute the compressor will vibrate for 3 or 4 seconds louder then normal and send an audibly resonate through the lineset, like a circulating air pocket.

Does this sound like evidence of an air pocket? or low on charge?

410a system, vaccumm was pulled and held.

thanks

Cannot be an "air pocket" if a vacuum of at least 500 microns was pulled and held and system remained closed until and during addition of refrigerant.

You're sure there is no moisture in the system?

Sometimes there will be a swishing sound from lineset even when the system is set up correctly due to the velocity of the refrigerant.

Here is a quick video snippit of the noise of the line set, you can hear toward the end of the video where it seems to get louder and faster, im pretty sure that correlates to the surge im hearing at the compressor as well, or at least if it's circulating that's when it hits the evap.

What is the temp of the air at the closes vent to your air handler?

apologies, i dont have a temp probe or gun handy to test that out, It's cold. Probably low 60's at the moment. return air in the house is about 77 degrees since we just turned it on. suction line cold like a beer can, discharge is warm, it's expelling hot air.

Most definitatly becoming more audible with these repeating surges.

you can hear it at 9 seconds and 31 seconds in this video of the outdoor unit, it vibrates and sends the noise down the lineset.
