setting up exhaust fan to go right outside? homeowner here...our house seems to have some signs of old mold and doesn't seem live. We know nothing about the place as it was a foreclosure except that there was a leak in the bathroom that was repaired but it did cause quite a bit of damage. The bath is a add on and is on the outer wall of house and has no heating.
Anyway, the 2 baths and kitchen have no exhaust and a handy man suggested we skip the ceiling and put it right above the window going outside?!? seems wierd.....should we find another guy? anyone seen or heard of this?
