Setback thermostat question

I have an oil-fired forced-air heater. I recently installed a setback thermostat. I programmed it to turn off at 9:30 PM. Sometimes the thermostat kicks off the heater at 9:29 PM, then turns the heater off before the blower has a chance to start. This leads to an issue where my furnace goes into lock out mode, and it takes a couple times to start it up again. I am of course worried about flooding the furnace.

Is there a good setback thermostat out there where I could tell it to "not turn off for at least 10 minutes after it starts?" Even if it is after 9:30 PM. This way, I will know for sure that the blower will turn on, and the fire will ignite. Thus preventing this issue.
