is this furnace any good for a 1200 sq ft bungalow with basement apartment Model # 5895G 21873 exsisting furnace 20 years old 88000 input pink isulation in attic toronto ON

serial # G26Q3-75-1


Depends where you live and house insulation etc. That is a Lennox model # and a 75,000 BTU furnace.

live in toronto house 30 years old exsisting furnace has 82000 output probaly 55% effeciant house walls and attic pink insulation

That is a used furnace 15 yrs old and not worth re-installing. Probably too small for your house. Do a heat loss calc. to find out the size you need. Load Calculator

I am a Lennox dealer and know all the "issues" with that furnace.
