Sears Homart Automatic heating (furnace probably from 60's)

I have a furnace that has been working fine. It proably isn't as efficientAS A MODERN ONE HOWEVER In the winter the gas bill is never higher than $60.00 per month (there is a pilot light and the house has gas oven/stove and gas dryer. Usually around $30,00 in cooler months, so repairing this is definitly an option. It has stopped. What can I problem solve? ELECTRIC MOTOR? OR? (gas polot is still on-maybe I'll change to pilotless electric ignition?) ANY suggestions welcome as soon as possible!!!!!
It's not the thermostat
Thank you

Unfortunately, and with all due respect, if you have to ask you probably are not is a position to mess with a gas furnace yourself. You need to pay the $100-or-so and have a reputable HVAC company come in and fix it for you.

Do you have a thermocouple, or a thermopile?

Could be the gas valve.
Or perhaps a bad transformer.
Or a blown fuse.
Or someone turned off the emergency switch.
