S Cleat and Drive Clean - I would like to learn more.

Hello,

I have installed a furnace, hooked up the gas and electrical and fired it up last night for about 10 seconds without the ducting to make sure my install was succesfull. Now that I have everthing else finished I am about to start witht the duct work. I have little experience in this area and I have been searching around the net trying to find a good source to learn some things. I am really struggling with the S clean and Drive cleat and how close in size the furnace outlet and the plenum inlet have to be to attach a drive cleat and S cleat to hold them together. Does anyone know of a good place to learn about the cleats and ductwork in general. There seems to be very little information about this online. There is a few vides on youtube but nothing that helps that much.
