Ruud Silhouette II UGLH-05EAUER Control Board Issues

I am wondering about the control boards. I am not getting heat from the unit. The control board has two green lights down on the bottom. One is dimly lit and the other is lit fine. I checked voltage and I am getting 120v at Neutral and Power. Not sure what the problem is. Can you help with this?

Ruud Silhouette II UGLH-05EAUER Control Board Issues

There should be a legend on the inside of the furnace doors or sometimes on the board itself that explains what those led lights mean.

You can try turning the power off to the unit for a couple of minutes to allow it to reset itself, and then turn the power back on. This is usually only a temporary fix.

Thermostat batteries?

Does anything happen in the furnace when you turn up the thermostat?
