RUUD furnace

We had a new blower installed. Everything was fine until yesterday. It was 7 degrees here in Ohio. The house was getting really cold. I checked the Thermostat and it was 60 degrees in the house. I shut the furnace off. Restarted it. it ingited and started but wasn't blowing out. Is there anyway that the blower could be unplugged? The tech did have to come back and plug it in to a board of some type. It is 7 again today and I hope you can help me.

RUUD furnace

Hi Billy Mac

It sounds like you need to have them come back and either install the proper blower motor or correctly install the one you have. Make sure they do this at their own cost, you shouldn't pay again for incompetent or incomplete work, thats our company's policy.

Good luck
Rusty
