running air handler in winter

I have brand new ac system with accuclean filters. My question is does it make sense to run the system air handler in circulate -- fan only mode ( fan will run approx 35% of the time) during the winter to get the accuclean to do its job????? I have hydronic baseboard heat---- Boston , Mass area. THANKS

If you have allergies, like clean air then run it. If not then don't.

If the air handler is in the attic/inconditioned space.
It will increase your heating bill.
