rooftop 2 stage poor sparks

Unit sparks for 3 seconds on first trial. Wont lit. No voltage output from the two modules. But 27v going to them.

Is it direct ignition, or does it light a pilot.

Always post brand and model number.

Ah, the same one that the blower won't shut off.

That should light a pilot/cross over first, that lights all the burners.

Cross over may be lighting, but not main burners. or, could have a restriction in the orifice of the cross over.

I usually take a flame mirror and look at the spark to make sure its sparking at the ignitor.

Use a flame mirror to see if the cross over is lighting. if it is, the module may be bad.

Yep, standard set up for a York 2 stage RTU.

Not unusual for 1 of the burners to not have been working for sometime. And no one complains about poor/no heat until the other burner goes down also.

Did you inspect the heat exchanger yet to see if it is cracked/rusted through at the seams. Which is typical for a York gas/electric RTU.
