rheem split system blows warm for five minutes then cold
My ac blows warm then cold. 95 degrees outside. Inside air blows out of vent 92 degrees for about five minutes then starts cooling down to 60 or 65 degrees. My electric bill is pretty high. Ac company came out and washed condenser coils and checked freon level all ok.

Either your condenser fan is going bad or your compressor is stopping on the overheat safety.
