Need some help on this

Getting a Rheem 125,000 BTU for free for my garage. Well almost, 100 Bucks and 200 mile trip. It is coming out of a house being rebuilt. Paperwork on the unit says it was installed in 2001. Old couple who wintered in Fl owned the house. I have not seen the unit.

I have some experience with Carrier variable speed90+ models. I dont need another $800 motor/controller problem.

2 things

1. I google the model number and dont come up with any tech info on a Rheem model rgdg-125arjr bl50307 Does that look like the right #

2. Generally what is it. Is it a 90+ variable speed?
Any pointers from someone who serviced them. Is this thing dependable?

its an 80% eff. up flow single stage heat. It is also very large in BTU capacity, is your garage 3000 sq ft ? You will need massive amounts of duct work and you can expect to double your gas bill.
