Reznor UDAP 125 won't light

got a Reznor udap 125 that was converted to lp for free, hung it, plumbed it, wired it....it works. now that it is cooler out 19 at night 40 during the day (heater worked great 2 months ago when we put it in) it won't light.
when you send the call for heat
1 exhaust fan kicks on
2 you hear the ignitor start and run
..no fire
exhaust fan continues to run ignitor starts and runs again and again no fire.

i'm wondering if the lp port is clogged? also on top of the regulator in the unit there is the shut off knob which i can turn to "off" "on" or "c" what is "c"?

there's a 2 1/2" black and gray plastic looks like diaphram with a hose that runs to the exhaust booster with 2 wires

otherwise there is the valve body itself with 2 wires coming in the top but it sure isn't round is that what you are talking about?
