Return/Supply temps

AC tech says my temps are normal
Downstairs temps are:
61 at the return and 50-51 at the furthest supply

Upstairs temps are
71-72 at the return and 63 at the furthest supply

What do you guys think?

Return/Supply temps

You have uneven air flow.

Probably lack enough return. If not also supply.
