I'm assuming you are using Flex duct. If you are, you are better off over sizing the both the supply and the return. Flex dust reduces the amount of cfm that can pass thru. 6" metal pipe is rated at 100cfm 6"flex is rated around 75cfm to get the airflow you desire run 7" flex for the 6" and 8" for your 7"supply and return.

I am using metal pipe but the bedroom is on a slab which is seperste from the house so feeding a 6&7" ducts would be more difficult than to run one large pipe.so would feeding the 6&7" returns into a 10" running off of the trunk be ok?

Yes, tieing your 6 & 7" will be fine to tie into 10" if you are running metal as you stated you must wrap the pipe with insulation because of heat loss in the winter and heat gain in summeer.
