Replacing Hot Water Baseboard

Is it possible to replace an existing hot water baseboard system with a hot water radiant floor system? Would this be made easier because the pipe is already existing? I am purchasing a home next month in the Northeast and am curious as to future renovation possibilities. The current flooring is hardwood with tile in the kitchen and bathroom. Any tips/advice would be greatly appreciated.

Thank You.

Replacing Hot Water Baseboard

Can't use the piping that goes to the baseboard in most cases. So it doesn't make it easier.
