Replacing a Carrier thermostat with a Honeywell thermostat

I'm replacing a carrier thermostat with a honeywell thermostat. Furnace is a Carrier 90+ heat pump with gas backup. Carrier has brown and black wires going to S1 and S2, but I don't see these in the Honeywell.
