Replacement unit new location

My current 5 ton condenser/compressor is in my backyard. I would like replace the current unit with a Carrier 38HDR and move it to the side of my house. The side of the house has 5 feet from the house to the block wall. Fire code requires 3 feet.
Does anyone have any experience with the Carrier 38HDR?
The only manufactures I could find are Carrier and Bryant, that manufacture a 5 ton condenser/compressor in the narrow design, anyone else?
Any input would be appreciated.
