Replacement Condenser Fan Motor not working

Received an AO Smith motor from my father in law.
Mod F48K92A01
1/4 hp 208-230 V, 1.5 A
Cap 5 mfd/370V
Wir dia brown cap, brown/white cap, yellow line, black line

Connected yellow to existing red which goes to T2 on contactor.
Connected black to existing black which goes to T1 on contactor.
Bought new cap.
Brown to one side of cap, brown white to other side of cap.

When contactor closes, compressor starts, fan motor does not. Starting to think motor is bad.

Any mistakes I may be making?

Replacement Condenser Fan Motor not working

It's wired right. Will it start to work if you give it a push start? If so the cap is bad,if not new motor time.

It will not start with a push. Cap is new.
