Replaced blower wheel - now Trane heater will not blow hot air

For some reason my heater will not blow hot air - even if I set it to Emergency heat. The blower will not come on unless I switch the thermostat to Run instead of Auto. What can it be?

you might have left a wire off after changing the blower wheel. should have a heating and a cooling speed. when turning on fan to run instead of auto you are using cooling speed. recheck wiring
