Replace Burnham PV73

Hi guys,
My boiler has failed and I'm looking to replace it myself. It's a Burnham PV73 with a domestic loop. It was installed in April of '99 and the block has separated. There is a 1/2" gap between them. The previous owners concealed the problem by packing towels inside the shroud. Didn't find it until it airlocked and I went looking around.

Although the domestic loop causes temp surges it has to stay for now. No money to put in a water heater. I'd like to get a new Burnham and use my current burner and domestic loop, but they don't make this model anymore. Is that feasible? If so, what do I need to know? Which model should I get? HVAC is new to me, but I'm very capable and am confident I can handle it.

Thanks a lot,
