Hi,
New member from Long Island.
We've got a Weil-Mclain oil fired boiler which was maintained this spring. The system is 2 zone hydronic, and coil for domestic hw.
The system worked fine until Sandy cut power on Monday. I found the pressure relief valve leaking, so I isolated the boiler by closing the feeds to the system, as well as the return from the baseboard.
Currently, the pressure in the system is 0.
When the power comes back on (next week?

), is it simply a matter of adding water back in to the system and all is right with the world when everything heats back up, or does this valve need to be looked at?
Thanks
Gabe
