relay advice

I have a question about a relay.I have a Taylor water stove and was given portion of an Apollo Hydroheat unit. This portion of the unit includes the box the blower a Grudfos pump and a water to air heat exchanger. What type of relay is needed to be able to receive its signal from a thermostat and power the 120 volt blower and the 1/25th hp pump?Is only one relay needed or two?
