You would either replace the distributor lines themselves. or the whole coil and the TXV.

Maybe he'll call back and ask you to come back out anyway.

He can call all he wants, I won't answer. He's tried twice already.

You should answer his call, and be polite. Listen to him. If he is calling to ream you out because it was something simple, you learn something. If he is calling to ask you to come out cause the other company has no idea. Then you might want to consider telling him sure. You can work him in on the 10th, but no way before now as you just have so much work booked. And that your sorry that he didn't leave you come out and finish it today. He'll be kicking himself in the butt for the entire time he's waiting.

Refrigerant problem

Not happening. I went to his house at 9 at night after installing a complete system

and then a condenser

the first night. I had to drive an hour south the next day, yesterday, to install a new stat

and then drive two hours north to his place up in north Houston and spent a few hours diagnosing, included a nitrogen cleaning and a one hour long vacuum. Told him I'd be able to get the part today, he calls me this morning, I call lennox and get the price, call him back and then he says he's go someone else..?? No way, I know right away when to cut a relationship like that off.

If anything I should charge him for the time I spent on it. He's lucky I don't, just don't want to deal with him any more than I once had to.

Tell him your booked for the next couple weeks and send him a bill.
He won't pay you but it will grind him up when he sees it.
