Hello All
I'd like to replace my existing 4" range hood duct to 6" which runs through the ceiling and vent outside the wall.
I have a narrow horizontal section inside the ceiling that doesn't let me to put 6" duct in this specific spot - on the left side of the range hood duct there is a wall, and on the right side a different pipe. In between the pipes, there isn't room for a pipe bigger than 4", but there is some vertical space.
Could you please recommend me a solution for that?
What I thought is to put two galvanized hood transition 3.25"x10" ducts http://www.broan.com/display/router.asp?ProductID=1354 , with their rectangular sides facing each other on that spot; or a flex pipe should be installed in this section?
Please let me know it that is acceptable
Thanks
