Usually they just take a flat screwdriver and "carve" a hole in the tin. Sheet metal snips? what the heck are those???

this is the main problem with our industry today. No matter how educated you claim to be, you can't replace experience in the field.I don't care if you have 30 years of schooling, it will not be worth 1 year of OTJE. I leaned from some of the sharpest minds in the business, that experience is invaluable.....and i can not put a price on it......i wish that the teachers today could teach the values that i have learned,,,,
