Programmable Heat Pump Thermostat

We have a 3000 sq ft home with an 11 year old heat pump with electric resistance backup. I like to use setbacks overnight and when we are away. Therefore, I would like to replace our existing Honeywell Chronotherm III with a new thermostat with programing which minimizes the resistance utilization during recovery from setbacks. I understand these a available but have been unable to locate them.

I would appreciate suggestions on what to buy.

Thanks,
Larry
