Problems with Miller Furnace. Blowing smoke on start-up.

This regular miller house furance is 35 years old.
I changed the nozzle, ajusted the electrodes, vac'd all pipes and cleaned.
When this starts up it smokes (black), like a medium puff of it. I can smell it upstairs bedroom, stinks!! Does anybody have any thoughts on this?
I will post pictures and information about this if needed later.

Need a smoke test to know if you got too much air on it.
