Problems with GMP075-03

Hi! Another furnace question: I have a Janitrol (GMP075-03) and the burners are not staying lit. I changed the flame sensor, but to no avail. It only stays lit for a second, then snuffs out. There is no LED code to correspond with this and the light actually just shuts off when the flame goes off. It does not turn back on - I have to flip the switch to get it to repeat.

Also, and I don't know if this matters, but the safety switch has been bypassed and one does not have to have the bottom panel on the unit for it to fire.

Thoughts?
