Problem with Air Handler wiring connection to Outdoor Unit & Thermostat

I replaced the blower wheel/motor my self and before disconnecting any wires, I clearly marked each and every wire. After putting back the Air handle motor, it works fine but the outdoor unit does not turn on. I am assuming the problem is with wires that connects to thermostat/outdoor unit.

I have drawn an sketch with the available wires and I have marked them 1, 2, 3....

The existing wire connections are
1-7, 2-8, 3-9, 4-12, 5-11, 6-10.

I would really appreciate if someone can tell me the correct wiring connections. (The FPL ON CALL is a device from local power company connected to the water heater that will turn it off during the day time. I am assuming the AC wires are connected to it to turn it OFF along with water heater).
