Problem with a 2005 Miller #CMF80 oil furnance

We have this installed in our cabin in Michigan 2005 it was installed and we replaced an older Moncrief and put in a new oil tank also the problem is when we leave we turn the thermostat down to 55-60 and when we return to the cabin after a week or 2 the cabin is cold and the thermo stat will not fire the furnance we then hit th reset button and we are good we have had the tech up several times 10-15 oveer the past 7 years and he keeps changing the nozzle checks out the fuel checks the eye and it acts the same any ideas why or what we can do

Thanks Mike
