You came here for help, now you want to slam folks?

So you are a house flipper, and you are looking for the best deal to replace the missing condenser. That is what this boils down to.

As others have stated, you should contact a license HVAC contractor and have a correct unit installed.

LOL needless to say, theres an AC condenser pad with nothing on it.

Is this a new house, foreclosed on the builder's construction loan?
Or a used house, maybe about two years old? (as if the original buyer never made a mortgage payment?)
Regular forecloser just happens that its a newer house and original buyer walked out (with everything he could unscrew)

Is there a difference between a regular and irregular foreclosed property? Of course the prwvious property owner would take everything they can. They do that with all properties that are being foreclosed on.

Maybe something bad, maybe something good. I guess we'll never know, 'cause you're going to guard it. You won't touch it, will you?
