pressure switch

have a reliance mod 606 hot water heater that fails (press switch not closing). vent is pulling 2.2" w.c.. press switch is integral to blower assy, but tag says -0.75 PF. Does anyone know what PF stands for here? Conversion charts don't show any pf value. it would seem odd that the fan draws 2.2" if the switch is set for 0.75" is vacuum (in wc). I didn't think they designed them that far apart. I would like to replace it if I knew the value to choose. btw - vent is clear, and bottom filter been cleaned
