Pressure on the furnace

It sounds like the furnace wants to kick on but the pressure says it's high and the other low. No heat of air is pushing through the vents what do I do?

have someone check the pressure with manometer

B-4 you edited the post.. Didn't you say something about gas pressure too high ?

If it sounds like it's trying to come on it does it for about a minute or so but no air cones out through the vents what should I do?

Atomospheric pressure is measured electronically, mechanically or traditionally with a column of mercury, but with static pressure and gas pressure involving HVAC, its usually measured in W.C. or inches of water, so rig up something with a plastic bottle and clear tubes incised with a marker on height from surface of water and you have nearly 100% accurate manometer.
