Is it possible to inspect ducting for holes from inside? Or is this a sci-fi realm?
I suspect that my HVAC ducting in the house might have holes. Is there any technology that can be used to inspect the ducting and find at least the biggest holes by using something that goes inside the ducting? Or doing it any other way short of ripping up floors and ceilings to visually inspect from the outside?
Google Carrier Aeroseal, it's one method but has practical limitations to holes of about 3/8"...although they say can bridge up to 1". I have not actually seen or used it, am just aware of it and thought I would pass on the concept.
