You must hire a plumber to run the piping all around your house. Either a baseboard or radiator setup you need the hot water pipes. Also, obviously a new boiler.

Possible, and expensive.
But, often times, a more comfortable heat.

Is there a reason to convert? You could also look into hydronic heat where you can keep the duct work and have a boiler for hot water.I put this in the addition on my house, it works really well. I got to have central a/c and I have a 80 gal hot water tank.
