Portable AC venting options

Tarawa Newbie   Join Date: Jul 2010 Posts: 1	Portable AC venting options I'm wondering if I can vent a portable AC's exhaust hose down into the basement, or into a cold air return duct. Where I want to place the unit, the nearest window is around 16' away, and running an exhast duct that far doesnt seem feasible. Thanks
