"pop" sound when last burner lights

I have a carrier unit (forced air)- there are 5 burners in the chamber- I watch the first 4 light with no issue- the 5th one is delayed in lighting and then when it does it shoots the flame outward and makes a pretty large pop sound- then it lights..... what could be causing this?

The little slit ,crossovers, on the face of the burner has something in it. Pull all the burners out and clean them up good.

What is the model #. Some of those Carrier burners you need to take out and flush with hot water in the kitchen sink to clear out the crossovers slits and the internal passages. Especially the 2 stage units that fire at a lower pressure.
