Petcock needed for hot water radiator

I am looking for a hot water radiator water supply shut-off petcock(not bleeder valve). It fits a pie shaped shaft in brass L valve. See attached picture. Thanks!

Hugh, The packing nut will unscrew, wd40 might be needed, then you can take the valve stem to a PLUMBING supply house and they might be able to supply you with a new one.
