Pellet Stove

Can I hook up a pellet stove to my existing radiators to heat my home ? We now have a oil burner and would like to remove and add this type of heat.

Pellet Stove

It may not be approved as a sole source of heat. Let your current boiler attached. And then also connect your pellet stove.

Pellet Stove

Pellet stoves are intended more as an ancillary/supplemental heat source. So for that reason, and various others, you should keep your existing boiler.

I have seen a home grown 'saddle bag' design over a pellet stove. No idea how well it works.
