Payne Plus 90 continuous blower operation

Okay, hoping to get some help!

Replaced blower motor this morning , solder and heat shrink wire connections and went in great.

Turned thermostat to "fan on" and blower ran nice and quiet .

I also was finishing up a Aprilaire humidifier install after the motor instal.

Few hours later went to go test everything and now blower motor does not shut off.

The two relays on the circuit board, they used to click upon initial power up, but now dont...

Removed "G" wire off of circuit board and still have constant fan.

Transformer does put out 24 volts to control board.

Not getting 24 volts where you would wire in the thermostat..."R" and "C".

Will put out heat as it is, havent tried A/C .

Whatddya think ? Circuit board?

Is there an initial 120 volts going to a relay opening the circuit so the fan doesnt run?

Any help is much appreciated!

Jeff

Sounds like you wired in a short, and the fuse blew.

How would I identify the fuse in the circuit board? Not anything typical to me..

BTW, I do have 24 volts at thermostat screws at bottom of board.

You wouldn't have 24 volts at tstat terminals if the fuse blew.
