I just had my capactior replaced on my bryant air conditioner in Dec. it has quit already, when I took the capacitor out the part number was not on it, I need to find out what size capacitor to get to replace it, The model number on the unit is 693dnd42c. I have googled, binged and went to bryant, com not luck. please I will take any jelp that I can get.
You sure it's the model #, cause I can't even search on bryant database. Anyway, you don't have to get the original capacitor. Look at your old one (hopefully it was replaced right) and match it to the new one. If it's dual, it should look something like 50uf/5uf. If it's single, it should look like 5uf, 10uf, ect. Go online and buy one that has the same rating.
If your capacitor was replaced in December, then something is seriously wrong with the system. You might want to consider tracing the source first before replacing another capacitor
