Default Oval Exit Vent on Moline Unit Heater--What Do I Use?

We're installing a Moline Unit Heater (model PD 150), and I'm now moving on to the venting. Well, the exit vent on the heater is oval, and I don't know what to attach to the oval exit . . .

The guy helping me, who's much more experienced than I am, has called around and can't find the proper parts to get from the oval exit vent to the normal circular venting pipes.

I'm sure someone here knows exactly what I need!

By the way, I think that exit-vent part of the Moline was made by Hart & Cooley.

TIA for the help!

The first step would be to measure the circumference.
Use a 1/4" wide tape measure.

Determine the size pipe to use then simply squeeze the pipe and slide it over the oval starter.
