Outside unit fan wont work randomly, help

Hello, my carrier outside unit fan works perfect most days, but then they are times that the fan doesnt kick on at all, but the compressor does and some times the fan doesnt kick on at first but 30-45 secs later the fan comes on.Ive replaced the contactor switch and the dual run capacitor and that didnt fix the problem. The fan motor turns easily as well. Any suggestions on what it may be ? Thanks for you time.

replace the capacitor (they are cheap enough) if you still have the same problem the motor may have a dead spot. when this happens again try pushing the the fan (not with your hand) to see if you can jumpstart it. You may need to replace it.
