outside fan not working
i had repairs done to my a/c unit and the tech said he had to reset the overflow switch to the outside unit it was not draining and a safety switch was triped. this is happening again....how do I reset the unit to cause the fan to turn back on outside..it's just humming and won't cool..the pipes going to unit it not getting cold either. how can I fix i.. i tried cutting off power and that did not work.

outside fan not working
if you have a condensate pump the float is stuck in the UP/full position and the safety circuit(2 thin wires at the pump) are keeping the condenser OFFand did he clean out the condensate pump/float at the air handler?
