Outside air return to cool house

We had AC installed in our house a few years back. To make room in the attic, they had to remove my whole house fan. That thing was a life saver on cooler nights to bring in cool air.

My question is, would it be feasible to add duct work to bring in outside air only, and close off the inside returns. This would be only for cool nights and bring in the outside air to lower the temp in the house.

Tried to do a search, but didn't find a similar question. Thanks.

Yes its possible, but you will need a way to get the air out of the house at the same time.
