Old Reznor Natural Gas forced Air w/ old style 120V valve????

I am trying to hook up a two wire Honeywell thermostat to my Old Reznor Natural Gas forced air furnace. This thermostat is for 120V convection or baseboard heaters. 120v is what the gas valve is, on this furnace. I am just confused on how to hook up the thermostat because there are two black wires for the furnace fan, 2 black wires for the valve and a red and white for the thermostat plus the main 2 power wires.
Please HELP:
