NTI TRINITY T150 Boiler ASC Error

Hello,

I have a NTI Trinity T-150 boiler that was installed around 2004-2005. It has worked well in the past but it is now getting the ASC message. The air switch has been replaced and is testing good. Any ideas?

Has anyone installed the LX150 boiler? Would you recommend it?

That can be lot of things. Boilers are hard to explain on here ( to me it is) plus if you don't know what you are doing. You may do more then its worth. I feel you should get a hvac tech. It maybe the cir. pump

Is this a common error?
The asc error comes on randomly and the boiler will not restart on its own.
It seems like the air switch is not getting opened. On the operation sequence after the pump is activated what forces the air switch to open? How does the fan know when to send pressure to open the air switch? The asc error is on and no ignition.

If you able you tube the system or take pics. Maybe we can help but maybe better to get a service tech.
